this game plays like UMK3, but has 3 unique fatalities for each characters, as well as a brutality, animality, babality and a friendship each character ( boss characters don't have a friendship, Goro/Motaro/Kintaro lack a brutality) plus all of the stage fatalities from MK1-UMK3 (characters like Sheeva for example who was not in MK2 has new Pit II falling sprites), the game also includes some MK4, MKDA, MKD, MKA, MK9 and MKX stages remade into 2D. We clocked a spotless 2016 example with 25,000 miles for £46,000.This game is a Mugen based game made by formerly the MK Project team and now being consecutively updated by Borg117, it now has all of the original MK Trilogy characters along with new ones from MK4, MKDA, MK9 and MKX like Reiko, Fujin Tanya, Drahmin, Skarlet, Cyber Sub Zero, Tremor and 1 original called Hydro. Although it was sadly discontinued in 2020, they’re still about and can be had from £39,000, the newer Spider variants tend to fetch more. The engine was a turbocharged 1.8-litre with 237bhp that could catapult the baby 4C to 60mph in just 4.5sec and onto 160mph.

It was rear-wheel drive, mid-engined, and had a glinty carbonfibre tub. Nicknamed “the baby Ferrari” due to its striking looks and goliath girth, the 4C gave those interested in the likes of the Porsche Cayman or Lotus Exige food for thought – though the 4C required concentration from the driver. In 2013, they did it again with the 4C, although its direct descendent was the Alfa Spider from 1966.

But deep within the Alfa Romeo basement in the early 2000s were the plans to reignite the 8C name from the 1930s but in a modern-day supercar format, and the results were outstanding.

We’ve had some terrific cars from Alfa Romeo and the Brera and 159 are great recent examples.
